11 August - Palamós-Sant Feliu de Guíxols

This would be our last day on the Camí de Ronda. There was still plenty of GR-92/Camí de Ronda remaining, but our vacation was ending. Our route again had a LOT of ups and downs - "only" 89 floors this time - but it was also incredibly scenic again. We walked 19.7km in 4:11hr.

Even though we had a lot of ups and downs, we never climbed above about 35m until the end. Our hotel was at the highest elevation of the day!
We started out with a lot of enthusiasm.

There were some interesting twists and turns ...

... and more than a few incredible views.

We had a difficult time choosing the best place to stop for lunch.

More steps!

More incredible views!

Some crazy people ...

Some wealthy people ...

Did I mention steps? Our Hotel Montjoi was at the top of a hill.

But the view was awesome!

We enjoyed some well-deserved refreshment.

Dinner was a fantastic buffet at the hotel.

Can you say "over-eating?"

As night fell, we enjoyed listening to a concert across the bay. It was Friday, and the summer weekend music festival was beginning.
